Planning your Wedding Day
We believe that “Everyone has a story to tell and we help to tell it with pictures’’
Your story, Your Day and Your Needs. We will talk about your plans and with our enthusiasm, ideas and knowledge we will bring your pictures to life for many years of pleasure.
1: Venue
Meeting you at your chosen Wedding venue after your initial contact with Willow Garden Images to have our first consultation, so we can become known and relaxed together. We can discuss the type of Package you require, ideas of what, where and when to take your pictures. Go though check sheets of who is attending and pictures you would like. Arrange a contract and at this point a deposit is required.
A couple weeks before the Wedding, we’ll meet you either at the rehearsal or at the venue, with your parents (if required), and make a final check to be sure that we have every picture covered.
2: On the Day
Meet you either at the bride’s departure address or at the venue, allowing time for Groom and guest arrival. The rest of the time is with you. From our own experience the day goes by very quickly. Kelvin takes the main pictures, whilst Diane assists the Bride, to enhance the images and capture any other pictures that can and will happen!
3:Viewing
After the honeymoon, we invite you to our house for your own private viewing of the images, slide show format and to music on a DVD, so you can select for the album. The DVD can be taken away to help you decide in your own time, complete with a contact sheet.
4: Delivery
When the images have been chosen, you can collect from our home or we can deliver the album, at this point final payment would be made.
We hope that we can be part of your very special Wedding day, the pictures that Willow Garden Images take will be yours to treasure for evermore.
